At Pamper Nail Gallery, we want you to love your purchase; however, due to the hygienic nature of beauty products, we can only accept returns on unused, unopened items within 30 days of delivery. Please note that custom press-on sets and opened liquids are final sale to ensure the safety and quality standards of our collection.

Contact our support team with your order number and photos of the unopened items to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Secure Packaging
Carefully pack your items in their original professional packaging to prevent damage during transit, ensuring the RMA number is clearly visible on the outside.
Ship It Back
Send your package using a trackable shipping service to our gallery headquarters; please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Quality Inspection & Refund
Once our technicians verify the seal integrity of your items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
